Animated Short Film “Swing”

I recently finished my 3 years of study in 3D animation and Image Synthesis at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. The final project of all the students during the last year was a 1 minute animated short film, that we had to do from the very first script and drawings to the last composite and sound FX, making it a huge and motivating challenge. The slow pre-production lasted over 8 months, since we had a lot of other courses not focused on the movie. The production and post-production took both together 14 weeks.

I’d also like to add that I had the honor of winning the “Best Animation” award of my school that year, given by Mokko Studio.
