Description: I wanted to create something beautiful that is worth looking at with a simple environment that doesn't distract the viewer from the main object with overall warm colors and a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
She should look beautiful but not totally realistic.

I used Silo1.4 for modeling most of it. The scene was composed in Maya and rendered with MentalRay.
The hair comes from the Maya Hair tool.
The textures are made in Photoshop. I used SSS on her skin and eyes though it is barely recognisable.
The lightsetup consists of 8 spot lights. One for the background, four for the key light and the rest are additional lights illuminating the
character from all around. I used several key lights to create softer shadows and a little variation in the key light colour.
