So, in first mission you will have to model and texture building as similar as posible on this picture:

It doesn't have to be 100% acurate, but more.
The more realistic your work is, the greater chance for winnig you have!

Not so hard ;) .. maybe texturing, but this is the best way to learn ;)

Do we have to create the textures from scratch or can we lift it straight from the photo?

From skratch, but they dont have to be 100% same, but closer your work is to real image, better chances for winning you have

Anyway Google is your best friend in searching for anything, including maps :)
