Rep Power: 0  |  Unfolder App Hi, there! I would like to know if anyone knows an unfolder app, just like Pepakura Design, preferably freeware, and that accepts a bigger variety of 3D files types... I've tried Pepakura Design but almost the 3D models appears in a lot of unusable pieces... :( Thanks in advance! João Luiz |

Rep Power: 6  | I am not very clear about what you want.....do you mean an application that can 'unfold' UVW maps? Maybe you can try this out : UNFOLD3D the best and fastest UV mapping generator / on-the-fly unwrapper Thanks :) |

Pepakura gets your 3d model project (as 3DS) and converts it to an printable model, which you can assembly... (papercraft)... I included below an example:  João Luiz |

Rep Power: 6 | Oh......in this case, I don't know any of the similar software. UVW Unwrapping software is quite similar (the one that I gave at my previous post) but I think it will need more work from you (you need to choose where to 'cut', as well as some other 'manually-done' things) Thanks :) |
