Rep Power: 4 ![]() | how do it get symmetry to work while the other half is hidden? Hi. i want to work on the hands of this guy I'm making, so I've turned on symmetry. but it's a real pain in the arse when rotating the hand. it goes far off screen when i try to rotate it, and i have to pull it back in, because the other hand is on the other side. It's rotating the center point between both hands. can i change the rotation point or hide the other half but still change it with symmetry? |

| Registered User | 1. yep you can chage center point (on the right side, there is one button (5th from top) its called local) turn it on and center will always move to your last modification you made. It's really great, bacause you can work where you want and still got rotation center on screen 2. nope you can't edit hidden geometry. but after finishing your hand, you can use resymetry tool hope it helped ![]()
