Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hy everyone, this is the first time i make an attempt at a competition, but this one i couldnt resist, thanks to Stryker to allow concept cars. Since im by far a proffesional, and you can call me a "n00b" in 3d im not sure if i will have time to finish the car, the exterior is nearly done, but i want to have a go at the interior also, wich would be a first for me, and since im always having trouble with details i dont know if i can pull it off, but i will try, if i dont then it will all be a good experience and fookilng forward to some constructive comments. This is "Soul" my concept car which i had in mind and drawn some sketches on paper and then started modeling it in C4D. My ideea was a qinda organic looking front, and then a transition towards the back to a more machine looking car, not sure if i have achieved this look but i like the overall shape of it, i hope you guys will also. Now...the spoiler is not there for downforce, it creates downforce also but it is mainly to direct the hot air, under the spoiler to prevent it from interfering with the airflow. Thats should do it for now... Looking forward to read your comments. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Dark_Angel; 05-30-2005 at 10:13 AM.. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Im Out! Sorry guys, im out of the competition. Since i work in C4D and the comp dosnt allow .c4d files, i cannot export my model in 3dsmax or any other package without having to do modifications after, + shaders + render set-ups, that would mean learning a new prog in one day, :togo: Ill probably post another thread on this car, if any of you guys want to see the car finished. Oh well, good luck to everyone out there |
