after my car unwrapping is my next project. i haven't done it yet and would like to learn. it seem like a better way of texturing than what i've been doing. looks hard though.

its not really that hard once u get used to it. i think heads and stuff like that are the hardest to unwrap though.

heres and update. im doing the textures in photoshop cs4 and obviously im still working on them. I am also going to try to make a bump map with fur on it so it can kinda give him some detail instead of being flat.

i would also recomend photoshop cs4 for anyone that does a lot of unwrapping and texturing in photoshop. it helps alot with all the new 3d stuff

ps. the textures look better when you put them in 3ds max/maya, than they do in photoshop

thanks but while working on it i discovered i need to go fix my uvw unwrap in 3ds max so im going to have to do almost all of that texturing again lol for the most part.

TIP: always make sure you mesh is how u want it before you start texturing it. lol
