Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ars Alchemiae Hi I am currently in my final year in school 3d. We do a project on UDK, we're three and each of us has to model a character. I am clearly not strong in character modeling, I almost never practice and had to make 2 characters in my life and it was pretty miserable so I really apply myself to the maximum. (I'm pretty level design / 2D) Here is the character (not my creation) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() model => 3ds Max normal map => mudbox or zbrush anime => motionbuilder So I need some advice. If there is a lot of mistakes? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english. ![]() |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | So far it looks good. I think you captured the silhouette of the concept art pretty closely. You may need more edge loops at the shoulders so he can bend his joints there a bit better. You have nice even edge flow on the model, but around joints I usually put at least three edge loops around it so the joint can bend comfortably. But so far, it looks good, I'd like to see more of the character. |
