| Registered User | Old House WiP Hi there, It`s been quite a while since I`ve posted here. I`m currently working on an interior scene of an old house from the 16th century. Modelling is almost finished, although i still need to add some stuff here and there. I`m really hoping to get some tips or/and critics on how i can improve my image. Thanks very much Horvath Elod High ress image here: [img=http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/2505/22w3dwd6.th.jpg] |

| Registered User | Hello, Thanks for your kind words, appriciate it :) . Well...i think `ill go for the brownish..yellowish colour combination, although I haven`t really made uo my mind about it. Modelling is not 100% finished so I still have time to decide. What do you say?:) Elod Horvath |

| Registered User | Hello again So, here is an update of the old room. I had some really big problems with the FPS in Max due to the high resolution textures that i have used on the floor and walls, and the viewport quality settings were set to maximum.,..so...everything was very very slow. A couple of days had to pass by until i realized that i had to lower the quality settings of the viewport...stupid me Smile . I`m not all that happy with the textures so far, they still need some tweaking here and there, although, first i would really appriciate if you guys would write some opinions. Thx Elod Horvath High resolution image here: ![]() |

| Registered User | Hello again, Thank you for your comments, they really help me motivate myself to this work. I`ve unwrapped pretty much everything..only 1-2 items remaining. Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are more then welcome. (Please take the time to view the high-ress image in full screen mode, thank you!) Maybe some bleached out parts of the render when your finished (to give that old-looking feel to everything)..as well as some work on the render settings. Otherwise great job and keep us updated!
