Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Cattings Mansion Hello everyone, this is my first post since a very long time. I had to quit using 3dsmax for a while in order to finish school. This "Cattings Mansion"-project, is an object I had in my mind for over four years now, but I never felt I could produce it like now. Please, leave your comments on the design. The creating of this Mansion, goes step by step, making up new details along the way. The entire building stage from these first few renders, until the current result shown a few posts ahead took a week to complete. Last edited by wackter; 11-19-2006 at 04:02 PM. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Mansion at night Here a a few renders of the mansion at night. These are actually the very first tests I did with the model. All renders are created with the scanline renderer and a few omni-lights with raytraced shadows. Hope you like it. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Mansion at daylight Here are the last couple of renders I've made of the mansion at daylight. I've used the scanline renderer and and omnilight with raytraced shadows. To make it look like daylight, I've used a skylight. Hope you like it, please leave c&c. |
