Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Thanks for the replies. It took me about three days to get this far - check updated images above - working between 'serious' work. As for tutorials i strongly recommend the Fiat 500 Tutorial by Karabo Legwaila at 3dtotal.com. @SeiYuusha My materials and scene setup are simple. For the carpaint i used a Phong material --> diffuse slot --> falloff --> color blue to black, Perp/Parallel; Spec=70, gloss=90, Reflection slot --> VRay Map=25. Ground is a wide plane, background is black, white self-illuminated square plane overhead. Rendering is done with Vray with GI, irradiance=medium, Antialias=simple two-level. 4 white omnis with multi set to 0,35 placed around the car, one white spot with multi set to 0,7 placed over it at an angle casting VRay shadows. All lights have Specular disabled. Hope it helps. |
