Ferrari 612 vs SL500 BENZ

Greetings..

Allow me to introduce a project that is being developed with the collaboration The Shaddix, 87Supra and myself.

What we are developing is an Animation of 2 sports cars racing each other. The Ferrari was produced in 3d studio max and the SL500 was produced in Softimage XSI. All of the animation (Rendering and texturing) done in Softimage XSI.

All of the parts of the vehicles are rigged to nulls. The parts that move such as the trunk, hood, wheels and doors are assigned to a separate null object each. The steering wheel is linked to the front wheels.

Our aim is too create a cool animation to inspire those who are trying to get to the next level.

The animation will contain a SL500 Benz (with custom rims, body kit and some other features, such as NOS) and one of Ferrari's newest vehicles, the 612 Scagiletti (originally produced from concept sketches that were released from Ferrari, it now sports custom Rims, lowered suspension and an aftermarket spoiler). There will also be many other 3d models in the animation such as the environment and other vehicles they will pass on the way.

Ok now its time for some renders and a test animation.

Renders and previews:

Where can I find an updated link to the animation? Also, is there a webpage where all the current rendered images are being displayed?

I apologize for the delay, but me and my crew have decided not to post here anymore. The reason being is that when my mate SImon posted these flicks, we got so little feedback that CGtalk seemed to be a far better forum to post at. So Simon had stopped posting here quite some time ago. I'm surprised someone replied. But we continue posting at cgtalk and you can see a lot of images that were not displayed in here, and a lot of new ones too.

THE LINK : http://cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1...highlight=benz

We are still looking for any available help, as well as some traffic cars (any car will do, as long as it's not a piece of shit model).

Hit me up via MSN at xphoeniix@hotmail.com if you wanna be part of the project (only if you are a dedicated person!).
