Current WIP - 1970 Hemi Cuda

Haven't posted here in a while so I thought I would post my latest.
Some of you may remember the 69 Camaros that I posted here last year.
(If you don't you can check them out on my website.)
I am working on a 1970 Hemi Cuda - which btw is the most sought after muscle car today.
The body is about 85% finished, I'm just finishing up the rear roll pan, quarter panels and the taillight panel.
I hope to have the whole car finished in the next 2 weeks.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks donchamagoso!

I've been working a lot on the back of the car and now I am just about finished the body.
Then I can start adding the rest of the small details.

I haven't done any 3D work in a while due to a death in my immediate family.
I lost my 8 year old Sheltie to cancer in early August and I just haven't had any drive to do anything.
My boy - http://www.3dmusclecarart.com/about_me.htm
He was like a son to me and he went everywhere we went and did everything we did for the last 8 1/2 years.
We found out he had cancer 3 months ago and that he would only live another 2 months or so.
The second hardest thing I've had to do in my life was to tell my 4 year old daughter that her best friend was going to die.
The hardest thing I've had to do in my life was to watch my best friend slip away after the vet gave him the shot.
After he was gone I just shut down for a while, I couldn't even stay in our house.
We went out and bought a tent trailer so we could get out of the house on the weekends.
I am slowly coming around now as I can stay in the house without constantly thinking of him.
I still have trouble doing some things like sitting and watching TV.
He used to jump up on the couch and sit with his head in my lap so I would pet him.
Now when I sit and watch TV I feel like something is missing and I start thinking about him again.

In the last week I actually felt like doing some 3D work again.
I have been working on my Cuda and I hope to have it finished by the end of the month.

Very good model. Really like it. I don’t have much other to say.
I'm sorry for your loss, too. I saw your site, and I think that's a great and noble thing that you did.

Thank you both for the comments on the car and for your condolences.
It was very hard to say good-bye to him, but I didn't want him to suffer either.
As soon as we saw that he was having some difficulty we had him put down.
I would be feeling even worse now if I had let him suffer in pain just because I couldn't let him go.
That would have been just plain cruel.

Anyways, back to the car.
I added all the windows and some of the trim as well as the side marker lamps.
I set the ride height - though I need to tip it forward just a bit - I will do that when it is fully finished.
I have also been playing around with some of the render settings.

I have finally finished the outside of the car and I am working on blocking in the interior now.
After that is done I will tweek some rendering settings and the lighting and put the car(s) in some scenes.

:coolp:
Very nice model you have there, congrats!.
There is a white circle on the wheels (like on the grey part) not sure if that was intended, on the top picture ^^ it looks like it is behind the wheel but in the bottom picture ^ it looks like it is coming through.
I especially like the headlight textures.
