Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Nice model. The only thing that I see is on the front drivers side fender, it looks like maybe some polys are overlapping, or something. The wheels are a bit too skinny and be mindful of the Symmetry modifier. You have two gas tanks. Nice model though. I am also currently working on a camaro. Here is a link to a tutorial about studio lighting that I did. http://www.3dm3.com/tutorials/noobs/studio_lighting/ Good luck! |

unrealistic lighting and reflections, too dark... your studio lighting is for noob by a noob ...here it's a studio render with mental ray (more realistic than yours): http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/9...igo0032xe3.jpg Last edited by Bob911; 12-22-2007 at 08:14 AM. | |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I am sorry that you feel that way. But that doesn't mean that it is a bad tutorial. I have gotten much more positive feedback from that tutorial than I have others. I created that tutorial for beginners to learn the steps of setting up a studio lighting render. Just because you may have not gotten the correct results, doesn't mean that the tutorial is bad. I have been modeling for over 4 years, but if you think you could make a better one, go ahead. I am trying to give back to the 3d community. I have since written many, many tutorials that can be seen all over the web. You do have some skills, but don't let yourself get stuck-up. There will always be someone better than you; and I for that matter. Last edited by 3dhuntsville; 12-22-2007 at 04:55 PM. |

Je ne sais peut-être pas faire un rendu studio aussi minable que le tien certes mais au moins je n'essaie pas de me ridiculisé en publien mes piètres travaux sur internet. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Awsome renders man. I havent had time to work on mine much. I am finished with the body but I still have the wheels and render. The only thing I noticed is that the pics looked grainy, or anti-aliased. That is because they are .jpgs. Good job with the camaro! |
