hey guys sorry for the delay was very busy the past few months... i'll add a few wire frames later on but hope you like the render(basic)

hey guys I cant finish my bmw cause if I want to highlight (highlights the area in red) an area it doesn't show the red lines on my model,can someone please help me!!!
