Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Hi USED, it a REALY GOOD job for a first car, there are only a few areas, like area around the light that look a little messed up, but overall a great model. Did you use Max for modeling and rendering, or did you model in Rhino and exported? btw I am from Seattle too. |

I live right down on 1st ave across from the SAM thanks for you comments, I USED ;) 3dsmax- started with splines or the basic shape and then converted to poly and cut and tweeked the hell ot of it... but the fact that you asked if I used Rino I take that as a great comp... heehee thanks... I will look in to fixing the mesh around the headlights and work on how they are lighting up because I am not happy at all with it, its taking away from the rest of the model... Niki... :ass: hahahaha.... j/k you know, thanks as aways :bouncy: |

Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Wow, you live right in the center! I live in Ballard around 15th and 60th, it's only about 15-20 minutes on the bus to where you live if the trafic isn't heavy(15-20 minues not counting the time waiting for the bus) I use Rhino for all my models, but I now realize that I will have to learn Max eventualy, so far I just try to render with it, but thinking about tring to model something with it. How about you? Do you ever use Rhino? Haha, I wish Seattle school district had enough money to teach Max in tech drawing classes and not only Rhino, that way I'd know Max fairly well. |
