Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Well there is at least one person :D That car looks MEAN, very agressive, I love it. Every aspect is just great. The top corner of the windshield looks a little strange, maybe just reflection though. I had to hunt for that crit. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | reply nice model, but the render looks like a cartoon and the car is way to wide. I know it might sound funny to you, but i suggest just straight up reducing the car's size on the x axis, that might just look good. |

| Pro-E WILDFIRE DESIGNER | This is not suppose to be an actual scale representation of any car per say. Its not really even a mustang. THis was modeled from one pic of a 3/4 view of a new mustang. The only thing even similar is the shape of the hood and front lights. Yea, the car is too tall and too wide (and it also has 28in wheels :togo: )to see being driven on a real road but then again the title does say industrial design. It's an artistic representation of a car through someone elses eye. Try to break out of "BOX MODELING" and make something different and without tracing and moving splines, thats art...thanks for the comment. This is an Engineering program, this car body can actually be manufactured from this model and rendered with the same program. Pro-E WILDFIRE 2.0 Last edited by BLOODY; 11-06-2005 at 03:36 PM.. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The sides of the roof looks a little round/soft like a bubble. I love those wheels and brakes and rotors and stuff. Is the program you used much harder than 3d studio max? |

| Pro-E WILDFIRE DESIGNER | Its an Engineering program so it goes beyond just modeling so those aspects of it are harder but I would assume the modeling is very similar. I have only modeled a little bit with 3DS. My first opinion on 3DS is that I dont really care for the user interface. I think WILDFIRES model interface is much nicer. THey are different programs made for different reason and are both probably the best at what they were made for. |
