| Member | Its not bad for a beginner, but as minimus said, your scene is too dark. A few things that I need to mention are : 1. The sofa is too hard (as minimus said too). Try to use another texture that have the bump/displacement map of cloth. And of course, try to make it looks 'soft' by making some of the parts seems to be 'squeezed' and make sure all of them 'touch' the 'base'. 2. Your floor material seems to have a coat of highly reflective material on top of it. Try to fix it and your wood seems to be too big compared with other things, try to make it smaller. 3. The things (are them curtains?) at the light source. If they are curtains, try to make them 'smoother'. The curtain now seems to be just a few planes. You can make the opacity a bit lower so that a little bit of light may pass through it, and that will add more realism. 4. Its too dark that I cannot see most of the things, so please make it brighter. I can't see other things, so no comment for those 'hidden' things. Not too bad for a beginner, but just too dark. You can make them brighter in Ps. There are a few methods, changing them in the Hue/Saturation window, in the Level window, duplicate the layer and set as 'screen' and some other ways of making it brighter. Thanks and I hope you will get better soon :) |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks a lot, You are both right, i saw those things too, but for me it was just the impression of the unrealism, you knew just were to point. I will work on that and see what it comes of it. Thanks Again! |

| Member | @e-m-i : Sorry for the long post. Yea, I also noticed that but the reason is because I post the 'problem' and the 'solution' together in 1 post, and also because I found many 'problems'. I always post all things in 1 post. If I remember something that I forgotten to post, even after a few hours, I will still edit my post if there isn't someone posting after my 1st post. |
