uploading error( select a model)

hy guys,
i have a big problem, evry time i will uploading models from me.
i select the correct zip file all the other correct jpegs files, but later 5 min i have a error.
the side say to me, uploading Error- select a model!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey, i am not stupid!!!!!!!!! i selected the correct file. i have tested this with 3 browsers(internet browser,mozilla Firefox, opera).
but not function.
i hope anyone can help me.
i think its a great problem in the submite formular.

I have the same problem when trying to upload my product files.
The site documentation states that, if the Upload Product Page fails,
you can attach your product along with thumbnail images in an e-mail
using their Submit Form template as a guide. The only e-mail address
given as a "help contact" to send your data to is stryker@3dm3.com.
The big problem is that messages to this e-mail address are UNDELIVERABLE
according to the following error message from my mailer:

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
stryker@3dm3.com
It appears that the DNS operator for 3dm3.com
has installed an invalid MX record with an IP address
instead of a domain name on the right hand side."

How can I get my stuff uploaded?

for 5 days i wrote my problem, i hade think that stryker or anyone who have the adminstrator right answer me.but nothing!!!!
i understand,when i to stupid,but this problem is not from me.i hope anyone with rights help me now please.i will not upload all my models with email.my browsers all works fine and without problem, only in 3dexport problems........................
