Rep Power: 2  | Multiple problems, please help! This question is for stryker. I have a couple models on 3dexport. My skeleton model is my most popular selling model on other sites. It says that I have 2121 views but no sales?!?! Is this correct? Or did I put my payment information in wrong? Also, I cannont even log in anymore. I did the "Forgot Password" and tried to log in with the password that was sent to me, but still nothing. Please Help! |

Rep Power: 2 | Thanks for your help Stryker, I can now login in. But now something else is happening, which may explain why I haven't sold any models. I noticed this earlier and all of the screenshots below were taken within 5 of one another. What could be causing this? I only uploaded and published 1 zip file with Max 9, .3ds, and .obj file formats. No .blend, no Max 2008, sometimes it says that there are no formats available. Could you PLEASE check into this problem for me? Thank You. 3Dhuntsville |

Rep Power: 2 | Nothing happens, Stryker. The page only refreshes. Try to re-send me another password. That seem to have worked last time, but do you know why, when you look at my assets other formats than what I have uploaded show up and none of the formats that I did upload show up? |

Rep Power: 2 | Hey Stryker, Thanks for the help, clearing my cookies worked. I can now sign in. There is still a problem however. When you click on my skeleton model to see the full preview, it shows several different file formats that I DID NOT upload... Why is it doing this? Refer to earlier posts, I uploaded screen caps. And I have 3033 views and not 1 sell? |
