I can't upload

hi Stryker !

I've uploaded my product but it was alway said that "You are not logged in or

do not have permissions to enter this site! " . I don't know what happened ?!

Of course logging in is the first thing I do, then upload, but that "terrible

message" still appears, even I shutdown my firewall. Oh! and sometimes the

message was :"Invalid file type (zip, application/octet-stream)" although I use a normal basic compressed zip.

Wait for your answer, thanks.

Ps: can you introduce some programs help us upload products faster and easier . Thanks

Try to upload some small zip archive for test and make zip file another program. Be sure that you login in 3dexport. If it's not help send me model I will submit it.
Thanks

HELLO
I CANNOT UPLOAD IT EITHER....
...and I really don't know why. I uploaded my model few days ago, without problems. But now... I had found some (minor) bugs I decided to fix, so I deleted my model and I wanted to submit it again, but I had got the message"(Invalid zip, blah blah...." as well. But I really don't know why, because I had already succedeed with submitting new models later, so why not this time? I wish I knew.... I tried to zip it with Winrar, Total commander and Windows internal zip(?) without success. It's sad...
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ZIP FILE? WHAT IS CHECKED IN THE ZIP FILE PLEASE??? I would like to know it, so I can avoid the problems. I don't want to send it by email every time, I am sorry.
