Guys your support team really sucks

i'm working on some animated scenes for people who need to do some 3d animated commercial and they don't have enough animation skills, or have a very little time for the project and needs something prepared, like the following example: youtube'com/watch?v=pOTHPtxnqsU

i model , rig, make acorwd, animate, then prepare the scene for fast and fine lights and render, so the buyer of my scenes can found everything ready for render.

i have published the "laptop shop" scene that appear in the example for selling on 3dexport for 900 $
after one day i back to 3dexport to found it shown for only 45 $, then you can read what happened to me with your support team from the following :

the scene have different types of laptops which i have rigged to animate them like that then made a crowd of them to do such animation you want me to sell this whole animated commercial scene for only 45 $ ???!!!!!!

i'm selling it on turbosquid and some other places and i already made alot of sales with that price, i hope what happened is just misunderstand , hope to hear from you soon before someone buy it with that price...

Hi,

Yes, your price was changed from $900 to $45 due to 3DExport price setting policy, because price is directly depends on model quality, scene difficulty etc, and number of clones of the same object couldn't increase it significantly even if they are animated.
You can check similar models in our store and find that $45 is totally reasonable price for such model.

if you have an eye to see the clones not for only one laptop model, the scene have four different laptop models have copied to a clones, even i wasn't sell a laptop models you can found anywhere i'm selling an animated scene which someone can use directly as animated commercial i worked on the models, then rigged them for the animation, then animated them to short the way for those person who will have to if he thinking about animated commercial, it's really insane from you if you think all of this should priced 45$, do you know anything about 3d ? or even commerce ???

Sorry, we miss that your model was animated. But realy your price too big even if animated. You could submit it again for maximum price 200$ and take a look how it will sell. If you will have a lot of sales I can increase price of the model.

Second, on TC you have Clear badge, it's mean you have $0-$150 in Sales. How you sell model for 900$ and have $0-$150 status? Also I found on TC in "OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST" section related items like yours and these models cost from 50$ to 138$. I know that you have animation etc but 900 it's realy too much I think.
