Searching for young talented game modelers

Hi,

We're looking for young but yet talented game modelers for creating models for a MMORPG which we're aiming to look like Rose Online Game or Flyff. We're targeting on a FREE MMORPG, so you won't be paid per month or any term, but you'll get a % of the money made in a specific month, which will be made from Item Mall, the site, and all other ways we'll try to make money from the game.

We're searching for:

- Modelers to create the characters: you should be able to create nice looking models ( a BIT cartoony, like Rose Online and Flyff ) using a small amount of Polygons (prefered less than 5000 per chracter model)
- Modelers to create the buildings (also should be cartoony-fantasy, and also as few possible polygons)
- Modelers to create the worlds, terrains
- People to animate, rig, the characters
- People to create textures for the models
- People to texture the models

Hope we can find some talented modelers which are interested to help us, join the team, for experiences and later income.
