Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Really need some advice Hi I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm sure some of you have the experience to help me. I've recently been offered a job working as a digital artist for a company. The job would involve creating concept images for pitches, web design and some 3D modelling. The catch is I'm only 15. I did work experience at this company and they've been contacting me frequently since to have bits of work done. The problem I have is that they're only offering me a £3.57 hourly wage, and I don't think that is representative of the skills required to create the work that I am doing for them. I've been learning and using photoshop and 3Ds Max for 5 years now, so it's not like my work is 'amateurish'. I've also done freelance web design work in the past, for which I've recieved far more than £3 per hour's work. I could get paid more to litter pick at my school. Any suggestions to help me out of this dilemna? I'm not happy being paid so little. s00ty |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi, The most impotent thing in this 3D field is software/working Experience. As you are still 15 don't think much about money. I have done projects for free when we start. If you are a good designer you will get many work in the future. |
