I live in Houston, and there are tons of jobs in this neck of the woods but I'm wondering how you all are fairing.

hurting badly here. risk is great of jobs not being there. cold as hell and heating bills are insane. price of gas is better though, but that's going back up. hopefully Obama can fix all that Bush screwed up.

I my self am living in Europe and this winter was one of the worst yet. But the snow was gone in one night. One evening was -5 below 0 and tomorrow it was +7. This sudden change in temperature was in like 6-9hrs that night. And it was like 4 nights before... As for the economy it is bad, and prices are slowly going up but all prices... The food, gas, furniture, computers... everything

At least we don't need to pay any more high bills for electricity lol.

PS: The temperature is in Celsius...

Yeah, that's what happens when you print money - inflation.

That's what we are doing over in the U.S. but the bill hasn't come in yet. When it does, interest will have been applied and we'll have almost instant hyper-inflation. I feel bad for anyone with serious savings, unless they move to gold right now their entire savings will be wiped out : (

That is what is also happening here. Our government is trying to remake metal money because it is made of bronze and one dinar is not worth that much as money but as a material (btw 1usd is around 71.92rsd). That one dinar is about 1g of weight, 2 is around 1,5g and 5 is 3,5g so sum those three and you'll get 6g of bronze witch is far more valuable than 8rds. They are now preparing to make money from steel, and iron (from witch steel is made) is one of the top ten metals you will find in ore...

So, to conclude this story... Hyper inflation is going to hit us as well.

If I was to be really good in my job, and if the company would start to loose money and going to bank rote, I would do something (maybe exactly) what that guy (i forgot his name) did to that firm in the movie "Office"... lol

If you didn't see that movie, here is what he did. He just burned whole firm down, but the cause was different. But the important thing is that only security guard got a bit hurt by fire... lol

Now you evaluate how crazy I am XD...
