Experienced 3D generalist looking for a job - opened for all options

I have more then 12 years of experience in 3D arts, and of that 12, 8 professionally.
Most of my professional work was as freelancer, and last year I'm working a as director of private company and 3D modeler, mainly on architectural visualizations.
Prior to that, I have been working for two years as modeler of game content (low poly modeling and texturing) in Trending d.o.o., Croatian software development company.
And before that, I have been working for three years as designer of electrical installations drawings for architectural projects (Autocad).

Types of jobs I have worked on vary from architectural visualizations, product visualizations, TV commercials, character design, medical animations and models, industrial design and modeling, low poly modeling for real-time 3D and some FX, video editing, composting and 2D editing.

I love to make low poly models, and make them look as good as possible. I love to optimize models to make them as "light" as possible. I'm also familial with all low poly model creation techniques; from making high poly model, to baking maps on low poly, and even hand drawing textures.

I have a lot of experience in architectural visualization, as still images and as animations. For that purposes, I mainly use Vray as render. From previous work experience in engendering office I have learned to well read and manage architectural drawings.

I also love to recreate nature in 3D and make photo-realistic renders of naturalistic scenes.

I'm highly motivated person, always willing to learn new skills and perfect current ones and share my knowledge with others. I'm very good as part of team and always willing to make compromise for sake of team. I don't like conflicts and I always chose to make peaceful solution to any conflict.
I posses great general knowledge witch give me ability to quickly adopt to any situation and project.

I have 8 months of military training, got officer rank. I was in command of 30 man troop and got training in advance military tactics, leadership and educational techniques.

I'm willing to accept any type of employment; I can work as freelance associate, or in-house employee; I'm willing to move to any location.
I'm currently looking for new job opportunities and chance to prove my talent, expand knowledge and share my own knowledge and us my experience in creative and productive way.

I've been trying to get a job in the creative/entertainment industry for quite a while now. But all the positions require at least 3-5 years of experience. Being only a recent college graduate I do not have much "professional" experience, but I have all the skills required for the industry.
