Epic TD game - proffesional artist needed - with pay

Hi! I'm looking for a proffesional artist to make some graphics for me for a game i'm making. Here are some screenshots of the game:

The game is a TD game, featuring 85 different types of turrets!!!! There are also unique gameplay features such as path modification, building of units, and a self-destruct option, and more to come! If you wish to contribute to the game-play, that is perfectly acceptable, and will be very much appreciated as well. I'm looking for an artist, but a partner is even better!
This project will take a couple of months to finish, where you, the artist, will do all the graphics needed and i will finish off the coding. As you can see a lot of the graphics is already done (by me), so there isn't THAT much left, but there is still a lot more work to do. You may change the current graphics if you do not like them but it is not required.

I can't give you a number just like that, but I can promise the gay will make approximately 8,000 - 15,000, depending on the final outcome in terms of graphics and game-play. The amount you will recieve depends on the quantity and quality of your work. Other factors will be taken into consideration as well, such as contribution to game-play, activity (hrs of work a day), and how long it took you (us) to finish the entire project.

I do expect daily activity of at least a couple of hours a day of work. I'm only a teenager myself, and I fully understand different emergencies that may come up. I do not run on a strict schedule or anything like that, but I do expect you to be active, and to be proffesional. This is a proffesional project.

Game demo will be given to anyone who wants it AND gives me some pictures as proof of the person being an artist. I can't give a demo to anyone, so I must have some sort of selection.

If you are interested in working with me, please reply in this thread, and I will reply as soon as I can. Please provide a couple of pictures / graphics works you have done that you are proud of. Realistic graphics are better if possible, but if you havn't done any yet, anything else would be fine (but you will be expected to make realistic graphics in the game). Please also provide your timezone, for work to be most efficient (not very crucial, but will be taken into consideration).
