Digital agency looking for 3d artists/animators

Hi, I'm a design director for an integrated agency in London that works with a good majority of the FTSE 100 listed companies throughout Europe. Our clients are mostly very corporate, but we are expanding into new markets, new projects, and new approaches.

I am continually pitching projects that have a rich-media, interactive, flash elements - many of which require 3d elements. These might be a 3d landscape showing a coastline of oil rigs, it could be a 3d world map, or could be 3d bottles of Smirnoff Vodka or Guiness beer.

The end deliverable for most of my projects will be of course the 3d output but I'm also looking for creative animation skills so that I can effectively use animated 3d environments/fly-through, animations, to bring into Flash and being creating some interactive and content around these 3d assets.

Initially, I'm looking for someone that can provide ongoing freelance help with reasonable and quick turnarounds (mockups, prototypes, concepts, etc.) to help bring to life the ideas (under my creative direction and your help) and to present to clients. Of course I expect many of these projects to become full-fledged, after which I would expect a more robust compensation on your part and an extended freelance relationships.
