3D Animators, Riggers, Compositors, Creative & Technical Directors in India

A reputed Mumbai-based animation studio is looking at hiring 3D Animator, Riggers, Compositers for their operations. The setup primarily uses Maya, Max, Shake and Digital Fusion and the artist must have knowledge of Character Modeling, Rigging, Texturing, Character Animation, Lighting and Compositing, and Production.

Artists should have a minimum of two years experience in a CGI environment, preferably having worked on international long form projects. Their show reels should show good progress in their creative and technical quality over time. They should be dedicated to creating high quality work and should have a commitment to taking
projects from start to completion. Promising artists with less experience will also be considered for trainee positions.

•Candidates should have a minimum 1-year of experience of working in an International project with a studio of repute or 2 years on a domestic project.
•Should have good communication skills.
•Good knowledge of Maya/Max software

The same company is also seeking a Creative Director/Sr. Producer for their operations. The Candidate should have strong relationships with writers, directors, and actors within India and possibly abroad. Candidate should be entrepreneurial, creative, story oriented, and with discriminating taste. Credited Producer or Executive Producer for animated feature films, and/or strong development history preferred.Must have 5 to 10 years of experience as Animation/Live Action Creative Head. Should possess hands on experience in having developed own character design & production designing for creating original concept and stories. Manage and lead a Creative team & guide them towards creating original concepts & maintain a fine balance between creative, fiscal & current market trends. Think out of the box.

The same company is also seeking a Technical Director/ Head-Technical who must have a minimum of 10 – 15 years of industry experience in the area of project execution. Experience in handling end-to-end international Animation projects and awareness of global best practices. To lead, manage and control all processes /
activities of the Studio to ensure smooth day to day functioning to service our project deadlines / business plans for the division. Think out of the box.
