Military in your blood: Pizarro

Yes, a new vehicle (I ain't original), but a modern vehicle. Pizarro is the latest spanish IFV (a replace for old M113). Actually I have a semidetailed turret, low detailed body a nd complete wheels system, all for 175000 polys. When model is finished (with interior details) I suposse a size of 400000 polys. I work with LW 7.5

The most of the ploys went to the wheels, I guess. Looks great so far

Yes, Nsert: wheels and also the aditional armour plates (75000 and 35000 polys, respectively). For distant renders is possible replace the plates for simple boxes with a bump map, but I model it for firstplanes. Also for wheels, a simplified wheel size is 1100, and complex version is 3600, nuts and rubber included. Personally I prefer detailed models: I can make faster low poly versions with high poly mesh for pattern

Well, I have a very lot of work this week, but finaly I can continue my mesh: I correct the tower structure for size adjust and remake all adittional armour plate: I need reload for adjust with new documentation I receive (also I profit for simplify the plates design and I save 16000 polys in tower)

I do love that ....very nice job indeed !!!
although the main looks very much like an old rarden 30 mm gun...old crap !!!
a 40 mm CTA would have been much nicer on that shiny turret.

Great looking model. From all the wips, your's has the highest chance of getting the 1st prize, but only time will tell
