If you can buy some more RAM or better video card your max will run faster in your screen. The faster the CPU is the faster your render will be.

people here have more worest pcs then my but they make dammm goood models but when i trying to make somthink good its sucks on speed i have 512 sdram 1500 mhz asus gforce 4 64 mb

I Have 384 Ram / 1ghz CPU / Gforce 2. It is not so bad. When i save some money i will buy better computer.
