Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Had the same problem after installing sp2, wasn't able to render movies, images were fine but to save in .avi / .mov format was impossible without a crash ... returned to sp1 solved the problem for me ... |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Well i have 512mb of ram now, but i don´t think is that, i was rendering a 750,000 polygon model using GI in brazil without any problem and this happened even with a very simple scene, i think i had a virus or a worm but i´m not really sure. i finished the formatting last night, i´ll see what happens tonight when i get home, Wish me good luck :D |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello Skin! I understand that system restore is not the best tool in windows to fixe your problem(s) .But before reformating everything there are another couple of options you can use . This one works for me:Go to explore >c:>properties>tools>error-checking.It takes some times after a restart. Most of the times this option helps me quite a lot,I you have ever tryed it already please let me know what you think. Thierry. :susel: |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hey there thierry! I didn't know about this feature before, it is very useful, maybe i could have found the problem with it before formatting, but it's good to know it, i'll use it in the future. Thanks a lot bro. |
