Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi! You didn't tell us about your "Video Card", how much "MB" it can use. and, did it use the maximum of it's Memory? if not yet, try to set it up with the full MB. (if yes = try to re-intall your windows) (if does not work : try next) --------------------------------------- Maybe your problem is due to the windows system that you're using, did you try to use XP Service Pack 3? * Nota : As you are using a newer version of 3D Max (ver.9), normally it need the newest version too of Windows (look at your Windows Version = 2002 (it is old) it's age = 5 years * (if does not work : try next) --------------------------------------- A Question : How much time did it need to show the error message? --------------------------------------- - Another thing : Does you computer work well, under other programs? and isn't slow manytimes when using other softwares? (if yes = try to re-intall your windows) (if no = try next) -------------------------------------- Did you survey your programs installed? sometimes, when you install some softwares others begin to show errors messages (and all that under windows). So you'd better to count the other running programs, while you use 3D MAX. and if the problem persist, try to close them if you don't need them at the time when you use 3D Max. Also, be sure that your computer doesn't contain some VIRUS Normally, you're using an ANTI-VIRUS? (try to update it) -------------------------------------- Finished! and sorry for the long text! |
