What program do i need to play the video, cos i tried using winamp and windows media player.

you need apple QuickTime Player.

well first of you have to install v-ray plug-in into your 3ds max its thirth party plug-in that is why you couldnt find it.

Hello i followed this tutorial and when i rendered my image it came up like this;

I tried different things to make it normal but nothing happend

well mate play with your settings, and yeh look at the size of your objects what size they are some times its happens because of the objects size.

go according to size of your objects.
