Hi there.

In any viewport press "c" to switch to the camera view, then press the render scene button or F10 key, there at the bottom of the render scene window change the Viewport: to Camera# and that's it. :)

Hmmm my english sucks, i know that, i'm sorry about it.

in the render scene window at the common parameters rollout, in time output set the range of frames you want, then go to render output, click the "Files" button and select the .avi or .mov file type extention and then save.

you can save a video clip from video post too, but thats when you want to add efects like lens flare, glow, etc.

active time segment is your total of frame (time output)that you use for your animation scene...

(press f10 - render setup)
*the one that ive highlighted is important to check before your press the render button.
1-check time output
2-check size
3-render output with the correct file type(in your case = *avi)
4-viewport - change to camera
5-press render :)
