Need a Free 3ds max begginer-med e course

hey i'm quite new to 3ds max, i know the basics eg how to use modifiers and basic-good poly modelling, how to render and add lighting and how to map objects quite well ect. ive looked around at tutorial sites, its all very good but they basically all tell you how to make a car or a human body or whatever using techniques i havent even heard of, i need something which will teach me new skills and ways to model objects so i dont just learn how to make one object and then if i want to make something else i have to look up a new tutorial.
i am just asking people if they know of any good skill improving tutorials or preferably a free e-course which i can take.
