I can't think of anything off the top of my head. IT is best to make your own, because if you plan on getting good at 3DM, making mets are something that you will need to be fairly good at making out of scratch. I can give you some of mine if you wish, but thats about all I can offer.

Is there a specific met you are looking for?

Send a message via MSN to Need_Help
If you are using Vray as your renderer, you can download many materials at www.vray-materials.de. But my advice, try to make the materials by yourself.

Thanks :)

It's best to make your own meterials, just so later on you don't rely on other people to supply the meterials you need.
The place I usually get my meterials that I don't make are at this site. or this sites sister site. Go to the top and go under free stuff, and go to textures.

No problem! I used not to know how to use the meterial editor at all! But once you get used to the basics, you learn the rest reallllly fast. Then, at least for me, after that you have to use some tuts to learn the rest.
Hope it helps!
