Liquid Tutorial.. Pouring in to a Glass ???

I've seen a tutorial for creating following liquid into a glass and or cup.. Can't remember where I saw it. So I thought.. I could ask if any one know of this tutorial or of one.. Let me know.. Pleaseeee Thanks.....

you can use RealFlow. Very nice liquid program. You can download the demo at www.nextlimit.com

Cool thanks.. I'll check it out.

I was also thinking of useing particles... I saw that but cant remember how it was done.. or where my test on it is :)
