Good Head modeling tutorial

Here's what I thought was a good head modeling tutorial, its originally for Blender but I did it on 3ds max and it worked fine theirs just a couple of little differences.

also on the last page it gives a link to a decent head modeling tutorial for 3ds max

head mold by mikeab7925

i'm currently working with a human model and needed a head. this tutorial is great. i as a beginner, came up with this in about 2hrs following step by step, with different reference images. i did only whats in that tutorial so far for the head.

please let me know what you think.
