I'm doing this project for school, to update our current building.
And ofcourse, we need environment-friendly power. Solar panels.
I was thinking of regular planes/boxes with a solar panel texture, so can somebody teach me/make some?

It's for a 3d model in 3ds-max 9.

what renderer are u using scanline, mental ray, vray, brazil, etc.. if your using mental ray u could check here Welcome to Mr Materials! although i would recomend making yourself its just better practice. hope this helps!

Ah, thank you soo much. It's really important that I get this to look good.
And ofcourse, I need some practise, but I only have 5 weeks to start from scratch and make a nice building.
