1. it's a video! You need codac for normal viewing.
2. just one part (modeling) not on English other two parts withour voice

I don't understand from Modifier list > Object-Space Modifier > Tube Smooth or Total Smooth ? don't understand.
and my 3dmax 6.0v. programms haven't this (Tube Smooth or Total Smooth) and how I can get?

i think you need to upgrade your 3ds max. I THINK that turbo smooth is a newer feature that comes in on 8 or 9. i dont know though so i would look it up yourself. also mesh smooth basicly does the same thing as turbo smooth if you have that on there
