3DM: DVD Training - Lexus GS

In my video tutorial you will get necessary knowledge for high quality car modeling. My learning starts from preparing blueprints in Photoshop and scene in 3ds max. The end of the tutorial is rendering complete Lexus GS with V-ray. None of the Lexus modeling steps was cut out of movie. Tutorial will show and teach you necessary actions for car modeling from the beginning to the end. Also you will find most of my secrets which would help you to create models faster and better. During the first hour of modeling you will hear a lot of comments explaining almost each my move. During all the video I describe my actions for you, but*closer to the end it become unnecessary at all. I can tell you a lot about this 13-n hours movie, But I'll tell only the main: You will see how to make car body with all details such as headlights (including glass, reflectors and lamps), wheels (logo, disk and tire including texturing) and other. Also You will see how to make seams, cracks, the blunt and sharp corners which keep their properties after application of smoothing. It is so easy to learn with such help!

Also you will learn how to work with Editable Poly, using:
Removing vertex and edges (no deleting)
Cut
Extrude and bevel extrude
Weld and target weld
Quick slice
Cap
Chamfer

And using MSmooth, Symmetry and UVW Mapping modifiers

Do you not check your own thread? I want to purchase this but I'd like to see some examples. Anywhere else you go you can see examples of the dvd except here. Seems almost a scam for 100bucks and not show anything but the front cover.

A little insight would be appreciated.

ROFL...

um.. dude.

I know what the disc looks like. I see it on the site. Im talking bout examples... like a quicktime video of a little part of what youre teaching.. how you're modeling.. if you can see what you doing.. if I can understand you cuz from what you just wrote, the english is not so good.

May have to pass on this for the price.

you are tolking about price something very interesting. It 13 hours video, I am tired from making that. Interior modeling is not a problem but the price`ll go up because since similar product costs and so double cherish. Sorry for my English if you`ll find some mistakes, I think any actions cuted video can understand anyone. And the last - preview video will be small in low resolutions but our original video is over 1200x900

Nobody is saying that you didnt put a lot of hard work into this tutorial, Im sure you did. But at the same time, you are asking people to pay a hundred dollars from just a picture of a dvd. I think if you want more sales, then post the sample vids, and if your teaching is good, then your english shouldnt be a problem , as long as we can understand what you are doing.

I like how you did the text on the screen, but let me ask this is there any sound, Actually it doesnt matter to me, I like it better with no sound i can listen to my music, but I think you did a fine job at explaining things with the text on the screen and I will be purchasing this. Good job guys!
