I have argued openly here about not caring about what any EULA I agree to saying.

For the record again... I own all my software which now totals over 80k usd. I am by no means a thief.

Here is a great example of why EULAs are usless.

Lest hope there are more of these. Until pressed governments will not regulate EULAs and they will continue to be useless.

Right now a company can say anything they want and some prickly sticklers believe that we have to abide by these silly things.

What a shame

Honesty is really the only policy. Telling honest people that they have to abide by rules designed for thieves is ludicrous.
