Snazzy: John Lasseter & Zuzu on Japanese TV

Welcome to another edition of Upcoming Pixar’s Snazzy, stuff that’s too cool not to pass along!

John Lasseter appeared as part of a charity television event in Japan called the 24 Hour TV Show!

To contribute, the Pixar topper brought limited edition t-shirts with an original Pixar character on it! The Pixar team of Pete Docter, Jonas Rivera and Alberto Lozano (Up character designer) collaborated in making Zuzu, a TV with emotions which can be seen pictured above. Zuzu serves as a mascot for the show, broadcast on June 28th. Watch the video below featuring Lasseter, the J-Pop band NEWS and clips from various Pixar productions (in Japanese only) to see how it all played out:
