You’ve heard that blu-ray (H.264)video encoding is 4X faster with Adobe® Premiere® Pro CS4 and Quadro® CX, but do you want to know how much time you can save?? The answer lies on NVIDIA’s new online Performance Page. It includes actual data for a 1440x1080 @ 29.97fps Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 1 hour and 18 minute project, comparing the time required to upsample this project into a 1920x1080@29.97 H.264 file at standard encoding settings with the time required using the NVIDIA® CUDA™ enabled RapiHD™ plug-in. The results are impressive -- encoding the one-hour HDV Video was approximately seven-and-a-half hours faster with the Quadro® CX. For more information, see this link: http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_62559.html.
