A great design leaps off the page and into our imagination without hesitation. In contrast a great 3D design lives in a world of its own waiting for a viewer to experience its solidity and marvel at its form. Whether rendered flat as 2D or sculpted as 3D, great design distinguishes its self as something special that is far more than the sum of its parts.

In this competition we challenge entrants to create great fusions of 2D and 3D design. We want to see inspiring design fusions that are more than the sum of their 2D and 3D parts – designs that leap from the page and into 3D on their way into our imaginations.
