Income Producing 3ds Max Website for Sale - Established in 2003

Hi all,

I established Max-Realms.Com way back in 2003 while I was stationed in Iraq. MR has always been a good stop for newcomers to 3ds Max and has a decent traffic record averaging 25,000 unique visitors per month.

Due to my changing interests, I haven't had time to add new models or tutorials in years. The site is still in the top 5 Google search returns for the key phrase "free 3ds models". MR gets around $300/month steady income and has for several years. Someone here with the inclination to pump some time into the site could easily turn that $300 into $3000/month. I've moved on, but I hope someone out there will find a use.
