Hey guys, new to this forum. I'm working on a paper about DreamWorks and was stuck on these specific topics if you guys can possibly give me some insight, or post the link to an article.

"Current business strategy (growth, downsizing, stability, etc.), management practices (centralization? new policies? etc) marketing practices (cost strategy? high quality strategy? niche strategy? etc.)"

"Current issues and recent events affecting the company either positively or negatively (news, press releases, new product releases, scandals, organizational changes, etc.)"

The bold is what's most important, but if you could help me out at all that would be great. Their official website/investor page/press page etc didn't really help too much.
