Rep Power: 5   | HALO - The Movie  Toronto — Plans to get Master Chief on the big screen are well underway, it appears.Bungie Studios, developer of the video game hits Halo and Halo 2, says Microsoft has struck a partnership with Universal and 20th Century Fox to make a Halo movie slated for release in 2007. The initial script is done, written by Alex Garland, whose writing credits include the movie 28 Days Later and the book The Beach (made into a movie with Leonardo DiCaprio).
