The topic for our first meeting is Trademark Law and how it relates to artists/small studios. The USPTO has graciously allowed our guest speaker Jason Lott to speak with us. Mr. Lott currently works as a Trademark examiner at the US Trademarks Office (Part of the PTO). The Madison East and Madison West Buildings are located on Dulany St. about 2.5 blocks from the Duke Street pedestrian tunnel. You can identify them by the central glass Atrium that joins the East and West buildings. Parking is available in the East Garage , 551 John Carlyle Street, Alexandria, Virginia Hourly and daily parking is available to visitors.
